Overview

NOVUS Glass, an auto glass franchising company, was in search of a solution to help on-board new franchisees and create a repository of car-repair knowledge that the network held as a whole.

NOVUS Glass Connect is a proprietary mobile application exclusive to NOVUS Glass franchisees that helps them maintain higher levels of profitability and onboard faster.

Role & Scope

As the User Experience Designer and member of the franchise development team, I researched, designed, prototyped, and tested the mobile application for NOVUS Glass/Mondofix USA.
